Yes!

Yes is a way of bringing fun experiences for your routine, say yes to better live and live together.

Description:

Yes is a way of bringing fun experiences for your routine, say yes to live better (and together).
Every month you receive (at home) a list of fun ideas and a related gift that will help you disconnect and interact in a different way with the world around you, improving your lifestyle.

TOP 5 RESEARCH ITEMS
Brainstorming: after receiving the challenge (a paper folding instruction), we started a brainstorming session to bring to the board any related idea, concept, memory and whatever we could relate.

Clustering: with a world of all sort of ideas, we started grouping the related concepts together. Doing that we came to the following themes/groups: Childhood/Playfulness, Mobility, Form/Function, Nature, Science, Legacy and Destiny, among others.

Interviews: we also wanted to collect insights from others, so we interviewed random people in the street: a nurse, a newspaper seller, a know old guy from the neighborhood, a security guard, a homeless guy, 2 high-class friends walking her dogs, and some other people. The outstanding insight we got from this experience is that people are willing to interact and they enjoy it, many of them didn't have any idea but started to bring memories after playing with the folding. So we wanted to focus on bringing nice experiences and provinding ways for people to interact with each other.

Prototype #1 Testing: the first idea/prototype was a mobile application focused in bringing you a challenge based in you preferences and location (eg.: you're at a coffee, an the app suggests you a related challenge for you to interact with someone, for example, praising the service and leave a drawing in the bill). Prototype available here: http://goo.gl/lCgthO

Pivot (after feedback session): people liked the idea, but an app competes with a whole ecosystem in the phone and may make people interacting too much with the phone instead of interacting with the world around them, so we started to think on how to change this in a offline way.

Prototype #2 Testing: the second idea/prototype keeps the concept of bringing the challeges, but instead of an app, we are now offering a membership in which you receive - at home, every month - a list of fun ideas and a related gift that will help you disconnect and interact in a different way with the world around you, improving your lifestyle.
We presented the concept and tested some challenges with random participants to observe how they would receive and interact with it. The results are presented in the main video.

TOP 5 INSIGHTS
#1 - People are willing to interact with each other
#2 - There are some people who want help to disconnect from the online world.
#3 - While growing, we tend to take life too seriously, losing all the fun we used to have in the childhood
#4 - People are influenced and inspired by other people's actions
#5 - We need to take care to not forget about our first purpose.

POINT OF VIEW
We tend to take life too seriously, but with small actions we can still achieve our objectives and live a happier life.
The whole idea of the service is to remember you that and make it easier for you to have this kind of experiences in your routine.
