Information offered has to satisfy diverse drivers of motivation for buying organic: origins (local/national/imported), certifications, healthiness and safety aspects, pricing (comparisons), tastiness (peer2peer ratings). We claim that in the long run, if masses adopt organic and the demand challenges non-organic, the prices become more affordable as the industry due to the growth affords investing in technological innovations....
