A mobile education lab that uses food to immerse students in a multi-sensory experience.


The service works directly with a school district, parents, and teachers to develop a program to help kids learn, appreciate, and celebrate facets of other cultures through food.

A food truck equipped with chefs as educators come to schools who sign up for the program and teach children about history, economy, tradition, and other artifacts centered around particular ingredients and meals.

Feedback is gathered along the way to surface gaps in the children's knowledge and help prepare the curriculum for the day as well as inform parents and the school system about how and what the kids are learning about cultural differences.
